Our automation solutions are industry-agnostic — if you have repetitive workflows or large volumes of data to process, we can help. During our discovery call, we'll assess your specific workflows and confirm whether we're a good fit before any commitment is made.

How long does a typical automation take to implement?

Most single-workflow automations are scoped, built, and deployed within 2–4 weeks. More complex multi-workflow builds or custom AI agent projects typically take 4–8 weeks depending on the number of integrations, data sources, and testing required. We prioritize speed to value — you'll see real results quickly, with refinements and optimizations happening continuously afterward.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes — all of our plans include ongoing support and maintenance. Automations are living systems: APIs change, data formats shift, and business needs evolve. We monitor your automations, handle any issues that arise, and continuously improve performance. On the Growth and Enterprise plans, you'll also receive regular strategy calls so we can proactively identify new automation opportunities as your business scales.

What platforms and tools do you integrate with?

We integrate with virtually any platform that has an API or webhook support. Common integrations include Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, Slack, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Shopify, QuickBooks, and hundreds more. For AI integrations, we work with all major LLM providers including OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and Google Gemini. If you use a platform not listed here, just ask — we likely support it.

How is pricing determined?

Our pricing is based on the number of automation workflows, the complexity of each integration, whether AI/LLM components are involved, and the level of support required. Our Minimum plan starts from £300/mo and covers a single workflow with email support. The Growth plan starts from £500/mo and scales up to 5 workflows with AI integration and priority support. Enterprise pricing is custom-quoted based on scope. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required.
